A Guidance Sessions is tailored to your unique needs where I aim to inspire, support, help and empower you to create your own mind, body and life balance. 

Combining my knowledge and experience of health, wellness, acupuncture, energy work, coaching and being a busy mother working full time myself, I know that the juggle is real and so I am passionate about helping you calm your mind, care for your body and create your balance so that you can be your best self!


A Guidance Session is for you if...

✓ You're a mother who wants to feel your best and live your best life! But for whatever reason, things just don't feel like that at the moment...

✓ Perhaps you feel stressed, frustrated or tired, constantly too busy to have time to slow down and do all the things you feel you need to do to create the balance and calm that you really want and need within yourself and in your life.

✓You may be experiencing symptoms such as muscle tension, headaches, pms, feelings of heaviness in the body, digestion issues, anxiety etc. You know that there isn't anything medically wrong but you're tired of feeling this way. 

✓You want to have more energy and to feel more relaxed, present and happy, in-tune with yourself and those you love. You want to calm your mind, care for your body and create your unique balance! But you're just not quite sure how to make it happen right now or how to find the time...

A Guidance Session can be divided into 4 parts:

We begin the Guidance Session by talking about what it is you wold like my help with. Where are you now in your life, what are some of your struggles, and how you would like to feel within yourself and in your life?

Then we do a few minutes of meditation together (really just closing our eyes, focusing on the breath and connecting to the present moment).

Then we have a lovely conversation where I also share insights and guidance to help you move forward in your desired direction. 

Because the relationship you have with yourself forms the basis for all your other relationships and how you think and feel affects how you react and experience everything that happens in your life, a big part of the Guidance Session is to help you focus on your own self-love and empower you to cultivate a mindset that is positive, loving and supportive to your happiness and wellbeing. 

We all have limiting beliefs, negative self-talk, fear and insecurities, and it is these limiting beliefs and negative thought patterns that I can help you to become aware of, release and replace with positive, loving and supportive ones!

"Your Mind and Body are not separate, and therefore you can not treat one without the other..."

When the energy in your body is balanced, you should feel relaxed, present and happy, with plenty of energy. But things like emotional stress, negative experiences and overworking ourselves for too long without enough rest and care, can deplete your energy and cause stagnation or blocks within the bodies energy channels. This can cause unwanted emotional or physical symptoms such as anxiety, frustration, exhaustion, muscle tension, headaches, pms etc... 

Using a combination of acupuncture/acupressure, cupping massage, energy work, essential oils and meditation, I can help your body to release some of these blocks that are causing these unwanted symptoms, and create balance and a free flow of energy that is necessary for you to feel happy and healthy. 

Before you leave I give you some simple and practical tools and self-care tips help you to continue creating your own mind, body and life balance.

This could be sharing a few essential daily habits and routines that can allow for less stress, more balance, ease and joy in a busy everyday life, or simple mantras, acupressure points or essential oil blends for you to take home that are tailored to your specific need. 


You can expect to leave feeling very relaxed, supported and inspired. With a deeper insight and understanding of where you are now and how to move forward, with tools and simple actions steps that you can take to continue creating your ideal balance and calm to feel your best and live your best life. 

How are Online Guidance Sessions different to In-Person Sessions? 

Digital Guidance Sessions are held over Zoom (which is free like Skype but completely encrypted so safe for personal conversations). Book anytime from anywhere and enjoy it from the comfort of your own home.

Digital sessions are similar in all ways except for during the "Balance" part. Instead of using acupuncture I show you how to tap specific acupressure points (called EFT tapping) on yourself to clear blocks within your body and create balance. I can also recommend essential oils and crystals that can be beneficial to help you with whatever it is you are looking to clear out or bring in to your life. 

In-Person sessions will be available in stavanger soon, more info to come. 

Both sessions are 75minutes, in English or Norwegian. 

Frequently Asked Questions

Yes it will be possible to book a 30min "purely Acupuncture" Session in-person soon.

However you will need to first book a Guidance Session with me as it is important that I have a deeper understanding of your situation and any imbalances in order for me to properly treat you.

A guidance Session is for any woman who wishes to create more balance and calm within herself and in her life. I empower you to create this change by simply helping your body release any limiting blocks that may be causing imbalance in your body and unwanted symptoms, and I share my insights, tools and action steps that you can take to transform your mindset and daily habits into being much more positive, loving and supportive so that you can feel your best and live your best life. 

I do not treat men (sorry guys...)

Please do not book a Guidance Session if you suffer from any mental or physical illnesses where medical attention is required. Always seek medical advice before making any major lifestyle changes or if you are experiencing any unwanted symptoms.

The cost of an online Guidance Session is paid in dollars: $129

If you are within the 24 hours cancellation policy I will of course refund you the full amount. 

You aren’t meant to struggle. You don’t need to feel so distracted, tired, and stressed. You don't need to feel torn between work life and mom life; me-time or family time; It isn’t one or the other. You can have it All and without burning yourself out. You are meant to feel truly relaxed, present and happy within yourself and in your life.

The saying it takes a village is true in so many ways and I believe that women are meant to support and lift each other up! Things don't need to be so hard, you can create your ideal balance and it's ok (or really smart) to get some guidance along the way.
